Reproduction Antler Chandeliers For Stylish Rustic Lighting in Lodge, Cabin or Country Home

For many who own a lodge or cabin, or even a country home, a rustic decor theme is their chosen style for decorating their property, inside and out. Frequently part of those rustic designs are moose, mountain elk and deer; and one way those wild animals can be represented is in the lighting, for example with antler chandeliers.
The use of reproduction antlers has made antler chandeliers more readily available than when only real antlers could be used. Reproduction antlers also have the advantage of being sturdy and lightweight compared to real antlers, whether of deer, elk or moose. They are available in many sizes, depending on the number of antlers incorporated in the design.
The great variation in sizes of antler chandeliers means that they can be used in many areas of the lodge. While we tend to think of chandeliers of grand and elegant constructions, for high ceilings and large rooms, they are not always so grand.
The first pictured antler chandelier (top) is a modest affair that can be used in small areas of the lodge or cabin. If well crafted, reproduction antlers can be very effective, unique and realistic. Those antlers pictured have all been inividually hand finished.
While the first pictured chandelier has only 6 antlers in the design, the second (above left) is far more grand, suitable for large room or entrance hallway. In this case, there are 42 antlers, with the chandeleier standing an impressive 42 inches tall and 50 inches across.
The final picture is a small chandelier with a slight difference. This chandelier has a downlight added to provide that extra bit of light in an area where light is short and a plain chandelier may not suffice.
